We do sign-ups in person so we can do a proper consultation, set goals, and schedule your check-ins so they work for you.

We will plan macros together. You’ll track them using “my fitness pal,” and share your diary with us every two weeks. You’ll also note your energy levels, sleep quality, and hunger-levels on a weekly or daily basis (up to you). This way, we can tweak your nutrition to work best with your metabolism.

Of course! Your workouts will be based around your goals, preferences, and personal-mobility. We will make these plans together.
